The daily grind is full of challenges, processes, Scorecards, KPI’s and decisions. There is hardly any time to reflect or to consider alternatives.
Opportunities to converse with peers are rare, but sometimes one would like to ask an other person a question like; “Do you think I’m doing the right thing? I’m not sure what to do about this, what do you think?
Important questions! For all of us! But who has time for me? Who can I trust?
This is where a professional coach comes into play. My job as a coach is to be on your side, to listen, to ask questions, to challenge your thoughts, to reflect and to consider different point of views. All this with the objective to find other and not always the same solutions and behaviors.
It is my goal to help you to meet your objectives; discrete and confidential.

Adaptive Business Coaching

The Adaptive Coaching System was developed by the Lore Institute (USA) and has its roots in the observation of successful coaching sequences.

The Adaptive System is a Client-Centered Approach. The method or technic the coach applies depends on the actual client needs and issues. The coach adapts to the situation by acting in one of eight different roles during the coaching process.
In one role the coach may be the given direct advise and feedback, in other roles the coach may take a more holistic approach and becomes a kind of partner in the solution finding process.

Whatever the adapted approach may be, the focus remains on the agreed Coaching-Target.

profilingvalues

Profilingvalues is based on the scientific value psychology of Professor Robert S. Hartman.
The test process is the only one that measures a person’s “inner values” and present situation. The data, from which the profile report is derived, is gathered in an online questionnaire and then presented in two values: “abilities” and “willingness”. The assessment is based on value psychology and calculates deviations according to a logical mathematical norm. In contrast to behavioral methods the test process cannot be manipulated.

The methods of profilingvalues are scientifically proven, allowing to identify skills and personal interests quickly and reliably. Profilingvalues offers the oppurtunity to measure the abilities of a person in addition to the willingness to use these abilities.
Looking at abilities and willingness together, one can gain precise insight into values, beliefs and behaviour patterns of a person.
